highlight 2 groups of genes in cytoscape

Hii. I am using cytoscape and I draw a network of 2 different group of genes. But I am unable to change the color of node(genes) of particular group. like if I have a 2 group of genes then each group is highlight by one color. Plz suggest me how to change the node color.??
