Visulaize Mothur get.communitytype data
Dear all, I am very new to bioinformatic analysis. Recently I did some 16S sequencing and processed my data by following the miseq SOP on Mothur. I just did the get.communtytype command and identified 5 clusters. Just wondering if anyone can help/guide me how to visualize/transform that into a plot.
