Group/Map GO biological processes by macro categories
Dear all,
I have done an enrichment analysis and now i have a bunch of biological processes which i would like to group/map in/to a decent number of macro categories (a bit like mapping to GO slim) to then cluster them clearly withing a Cytoscape graph.
Do you know any way/tools/libraries to accomplish this ? With R would be best.
