KEGG in B2G not marking parts of pathways where enzymes are
I ran KEGG analysis in Blast2GO and got maps, but the map of all metabolic pathways is missing the black marking of pathways where enzymes in my dataset fit. I can't find any options for running the KEGG differently, is there any other reason why this might be happening?
