How to build my resource-bundle for variant recalibrator?
Hello everyone,
I have a specific data set and I want to use it as resource bundle to train my model. Could anyone guides me how can I prepare my data to fitted in variant recalibrator tool from gatk?

I have the same problem.
A link for making custom training database was available here, but it seems broken now: https://evodify.com/gatk-in-non-model-organism/
