Nuclear Localization Signal Sequences (NLS) Prediction

I need to find out the Nuclear Localization Signal Sequences (NLS) for MDA-MB 231 (Breast Cancer cell line) against qw10 (QQWQQQQWQQ) peptide sequence. I know few online resources like http://www.moseslab.csb.utoronto.ca/NLStradamus/ and http://nls-mapper.iab.keio.ac.jp/cgi-bin/NLS_Mapper_form.cgi, but couldn't figure out how to use them.

What is it about the web sites that you couldn't figure out? I don't know of any other way to help you except to offer couple of other web sites that do NLS prediction or comparison with known sequences.

https://rostlab.org/owiki/index.php/PredictNLS

https://rostlab.org/services/nlsdb/

I tried them with my input sequence as "QQWQQQQWQQQQWQQQQWQQ", but didn't got any result/ prediction.

Some servers require that entries be in FASTA format, so simply entering the sequence will not work. Also, it may help to enter this sequence in its natural context with the remaining residues.

I added this sequence to the N-terminus of a random protein, and prediction results are here. Scroll down in HTML representation for NLS prediction - it doesn't seem that your sequence contains NLS.
