transcriptome and methylome dataset for various immune cells
Hi all.
Thank you so much in advance.
I am curious whether there is an existing database that provides both transcriptome and methylome of various immune cells.
I was able to find a paper, "Genetic Drivers of epigenetic and transcriptional variation in human immune cells', published in CELL, 2016, where they provide such dataset. However, they only analyzed three human immune cells (Neutrophil, Monocytes and T-cells).
