Hi,
I was wondering if PANTHER would be a good tool to use if I were interested in looking at a specific class of proteins in a transcriptome.

I have a transcriptome that has been assembled and annotated. my next step is so look at a particular set of genes (gustatory). How am I able to do that after the annotation step has been completed?
