Questions of rs17632542 in cis-eQTL-GTEx-V8

Hi All,

I find a very confusing question about eQTL of rs17632542. rs17632542 was identified as a cis-eQTL to KLK3 (Adipose - Subcutaneous , see here). However, when I download the eQTL files (GTEx_Analysis_v8_eQTL.tar) from here, I cannot find this significant eQTL. I was wondering where I was wrong?
