Hi,

I am working on around 12 breeds from my region. Now I want to present my data, is representing one civilization or a country. I want to represent their sharing and uniqueness.

One ways to show the breed specific in a boring bar diagram, where shaded part represents breed specific and other is not; making 12 bars altogether.

But this doesn't explain their relation with each other. I collected the SNP number and the combination makes some 14k sharing possibilities for 12 breeds.

One way is to group these breeds into different geographical categories but the solution is not clear to me.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
