Hg38 to b37 LiftOver chain?
Does anyone know where I can get a hg38 to b37 lift Over chain? Checked here (http://hgdownload.soe.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg38/liftOver/) but it's not there, and hg19 doesn't have it either.

The UCSC doesn't provide liftOver to b37, you can use hg19 instead unless you expect differences in your analysis, here is an explanation of the different version: https://software.broadinstitute.org/gatk/documentation/article?id=23390
