Gene names from gene ids for Pisum Sativum

I performed whole genome transcriptome profiling for Pisum Sativum (Pea family) using open source software. After annotation, i got gene_id/tracking_id and locus_id information, but not gene name. Is there any software which can convert the gene_id/tracking_id or locus_id to gene name (gene symbol). I tried most of the software in google, but i could not convert the gene_id/tracking_id to gene name (or locus id to gene name). your help is highly appreciated in this regards.

Can you please further elaborate on how you got the annotation? Perhaps give a few examples of gene_id, tracking_id and locus_id?
