Using predicted secreted proteins to match Differentially Expressed genes

Hello,

I have a list of predicted secreted proteins from ProteINSIDE from sample group A, and would like to match them to potential interactions with a group of differentially expressed genes I have from sample group B. I have only been able to locate resources that focus on protein-protein interactions or predicting proteins from a list of genes. Is there a way to match up the proteins I have to their receptors and pathways from the DE gene list I have?

The experimental setup involved taking supernatent from group A and placing it on group B. Each group had a 2 subgroups which were compared for differential analysis: GroupA: state1 vs state2 Supernatent from cultured cells for state1 and state2 was applied to cells for GroupB GroupB: state1 vs state2

What I would like: Group A's differentially expressed genes secrete protein X. This correlates to Group B's DE of gene Y and subsequent pathways.

Sorry if this is confusing.
