DEXSeq output from Galaxy
Hi everyone. I'm new to using DEXSeq on Galaxy and had a question about the format of the output. From the description on the Galaxy tool, the format of the results file has 14 standard column headings plus unlabelled columns for the samples being compared. Exon usage level coefficients are reported with Factor 2 (reference factor, e.g control) first then Factor 1 (primary factor, e.g. treatment). I'm curious as to what order the sample columns are organised. Factor 1 first (primary factor, e.g treatment) or Factor 2 first (reference factor, e.g control)? Thanks.
