Creation of a correlation heatmap between samples
I have two samples with different degree of expression in tissues.

I would to plot them with a heatmap. How can I set the parameters?

You have not explained very well what you wan to do. Please be very specific. Take a look at levelplot (in R), as it may be what you want. I have an implementation of levelplot here, too: https://github.com/kevinblighe/CorLevelPlot
