How to specify the output of Annovar

Every time I run Annovar, it tells me that NOTICE: Multianno output file is written to myanno.hg19_multianno.csv. However, I want to be able to specify the output name. Is this not possible? I've tried adding -out, -outfile, etc. flags but of no avail.
