Do you have any resources to understand assembly graphs better ? After I did my assemblages I get a .gfa file that I can see with bandage for example but I don't understant why I get one graph with all the edges connected when in fact my final assembly has 2 separate contigs. Also the total length doesn't correcpond exactly to my assembly. So if you have any tip to interpret these graph it would come handy.
