How to check exon count of gene?
ARHGAP35 is + strand, thus i saw the lowest transcript_id and count exon number.
In gtf(hg19) file, the exon number of ARHGAP35 gene is 6.
However, in NCBI database the exon count is 9.

What am i missing something to understand..?

Where did you get this gtf file? if it is a file you generated you may not have those exons
