how to calculate the contact frequency between promoter and enhancer
I have obtained normalized contact matrix for Hi-C, which likes this one: 0000000000000000e+00 0.000000000000000000e+00 0.000000000000000000e+00 0.000000000000000000e+00 0.000000000000000000e+00 this is the 10kb resoultion for Hi-C matrix. is there any any to calculate the contact frequency between promoter and enhancer? Thanks in advance
