CLASTR is the name of the Cellosaurus STR search tool available at:

It now supports STR profile similarity searches for mouse and dog cell lines.

Compared with human (6680), there is currently very few mouse (51) and dog (36) cell lines with a STR profile, but we hope that gradually this situation will evolve and that researchers will start to authenticate non-human cell lines.
