Processing Several XMLs in a row with MEGAN
I have about 40 BLAST XML files and associated reads that I am parsing with MEGAN to generate CSV files. However it seems I can only import one at a time. If I important more than one file at a time MEGAN collapses all of them to a single entry. Is there a way to process all the files at once and maintain separate counts for each input file?
