Genes by Diamond
Hello everyone! After a long work, I was able to identify the genes with diamond, but to my surprise I could not use the identifiers generated with the "sseqid" parameter.
If possible, you want a light to leave these genes generated in a specific pattern or database that you can refer to.

This post seems a bit cryptic. Can you show the commands you used (I assume to are referring to DIAMOND the aligner)? What were you searching against (NCBI
nr)?
