Exporting krona chart information to plain text
Is there some way to export the content displayed in the krona chart as text?
I mean something like this:
query_taxid superkingdom kingdom phylum class order family genus species
9606 Eukaryota Metazoa Chordata Mammalia Primates Hominidae Homo Homo sapiens
10090 Eukaryota Metazoa Chordata Mammalia Rodentia Muridae Mus Mus musculus
1000590 Bacteria NONE Firmicutes Bacilli Bacillales Staphylococcaceae Staphylococcus Staphylococcus epidermidis
I got this result using the ktClassifyBLAST and ete3, but for some taxids I got no information for some ranks, which do not occur in the krona chart.
