splice junction screening
Dear All, I have identified splice junction with the help of tophat and want to find out novel splice sites. I am using the visualizer tool to find the gene name. Can anyone suggest me how to retrieve gene name from Integrative Genomics Viewer (IGV) or use any other tool?
