Dear Friends,

I have assembled a phage and now I am looking to find outer membrane protein of the bacteria that corresponds to the assembled phage. For instance, from blast annotation, I got to know that the assembled phage is "salmonella FO1A", now I am looking to find the outer membrane protein of the bacteria that correspond to this phage. Can you please let me know how this can be done? I came across OMPdb: ompdb.org, but going through the database, I find it difficult to get the answer to my question. your suggestions are very welcome.
