In the Excel output obtained from the differential gene expression analysis in CuffDiff,LogFoldchange showed some of the genes with -inf and +inf which that were significant.What does that mean?

Could be a number of things. Its almost certainly not biologically meaningful, so is most probably Excel doing something like failing to display a very large or very small decimal value correctly. Follow Ram's suggestion and look at the data outside of Excel to be sure.
