Hi, I am having some troubles in installing Ensembl VEP. First, I can´t see the Ensembl Desktop. I see the terminal but i cannot write in it. Second, wen i run: perl install.pl It gave me this error message:

There are some recommendations towards running it on Windows. https://www.ensembl.org/info/docs/tools/vep/script/vep_download.html#windows
Still, while being a great tool towards functionality, installing even on native Linux can be a pain at times (in my experience) so do yourself a favor and either use Linux or the suggested Docker solution at the provided link. Even better, if possible, use the web interface.
Towards your question itself, please be sure to always include a clear description what you did, and error messages in english.
Try to use WSL for this
