Please somebody tell me: how to remove all the labels of locus names and positions but connected homolog locus with a line at the same time, when using linkagemapview to construct a linkage map? I have tried argument 'denmap', but the argument 'autoconnadj' is 'false', so result has no connecting line of homologs. I want to finish work like this :
