mirna docking with HDOCK
hi am trying to dock a mirna with ago protein in HDOCK server but the result shows that the mirna is splitted in two parts, i carried out 7 dockuing with dirrerent miRNA but one 1 is doc ked with ago protein in intact but others are splitted in halves, i.e seperated by a gap.I dont understand why. Please Help
