I have performed and DNA methylation analysis of MeDIP-seq data with the QSEA package for bioconductor. In the final step I obtained the differentially methylated genomic windows. However, I have not been able to properly characterize each window(geneID, promoter, TSS, etc.). Does anyone know how to include annotations in my data?
