modifying CNV plots (scatter plot)
I analyzed CNV using CNVKIT, and then I got also scatter plot of results of CNVKIT (using CNVKIT code)
can I modify Y-axis range? ( e.g. 0.0~0.8 -> -0.4 ~ 1.0 )
and Also I want to change "guide line" on log2 ratio 0.0, to -0.4 from 0.0
How can I modify code for changing these?
