Proteomic data for cancer patient

Hi,

I am looking for proteomic data for cancer (cervical preferred) patients. Specifically, I need protein lists, their expression values for normal as well as cancer tissues, logFC values, p-values. How can I get it?

proteomic

The cancer proteome atlas and/or the clinical proteomic tumor analysis consortium may have data you can use though it could require a bit of work on your part to get to fold changes and p-values.

Hi @Jean-Karim, Thanks for your reply. I checked these sites. This link link seems to contain proteomics data. Since the data size is huge, before downloading I want to ensure whether this is really proteomic data (genelists and expression scores). I can extract logFC and p-values.
