Beagle fails: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: NaN
Hi There We are running Beagle v5 on SNP data obtained through RADseq for 356 samples. The aim is to impute the missing data. But the software stops at certain point with the error below. What does this mean? How can we solve this problem?
I would appreciate some suggestions.
