what are the best tools/softwares to perform diagnostic analysis of a somatic cancer panel such as Myeloid Panel

Dear all

I need a piece of advice regarding analyzing data of a somatic cancer NGS panel for diagnostic purposes. I use Qiagen IVA and QCI for WES, and they work great. Now I'm validating Myeloid Panel from Illumina in my lab and I was wondering if there is any reliable commercial tool to help me with this task.

There is a NGS pipeline for analyzing somatic cancer diagnostic panel (target exome sequencing) located here: https://github.com/NYU-Molecular-Pathology/NGS580-nf ; its not a commerical tool though.
