Database which lists all known bacteria to degrade common substrates e.g agar

I am looking for a database which lists all bacterial genera/species known from the literature to degrade common substrates. E.g Known genera/species to poses enzyme to degrade agarose, chitin, alginate etc.

You may need to do some leg work here. There are multiple databases that list enzymes and degradative products. You can find a list here.

For example beta-agarase ( agarose 4-glycanohydrolase) , one of the enzymes that can degrade agar is found in this BRENDA search. You will see a list of organisms that have this enzyme if you scroll down the page.
