I followed the post

https://github.com/taoliu/MACS/wiki/Build-Signal-Track

"Fix the bedGraph and convert them to bigWig files

And you will have these bigwig files: flag1_FE_01.bw and flag1_logLR.bw"

Actually, I only have one file flag1_FE_01.bw.
