How can I solve this error when I analysis the micro-array data?

I have been trying for analyzing some data (From GEO database) I have got this error when I try to run some codes. what should I do? Would you please HELP ME?

What code are you running that leads to this error? What's the input data look like? Is this raw CEL files or some partially processed data? We need more detailed information to advise.
