There are several Human papillomavirus types, with thousands of deposited genomes. You can download sequence and annotation for almost all of them: NCBI Virus. Use the left menu to refine a search and follow the links to sequence and annotations.
The page https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/assembly/organism/337041/latest/ lists seven different HPV genomes, if you follow the links you will be taken to the Assembly page for each one of them, at the top right corner of these pages there are "Download the GenBank assembly" links where you will find sequence and annotations, e.g.:
ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genomes/all/GCA/003/177/875/GCA_003177875.1_ASM317787v1
ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genomes/all/GCF/000/863/945/GCF_000863945.3_ViralProj15505
