Where/How can I download PHAT matrix in blast format?
I am trying to find up-to-date PHAT (predicted hydrophobic and transmembrane) matrix (LINK) (PHAT 75/73). The download link provided in the original article is dead. Other than (1) scraping from this link or (2) pulling from this link, is there any other source where I can download this substitution matrix from. If (1) and (2) are the only option, could someone help me how to pull or scrape it in the right format.
