FDR for combined QQ plot

Hi,

I have a plot like this:

I was wondering would my plot each of those 5 lines have it’s own set of FDR lines? where this is the number of data points for each line:

7253eQTL-7253
Retina only-2608
retina +>20 tissues-1667
retina+>40tissues-2369
retina+>40tissues no LD-438
