Thank you for the help. I actually did searched for it and found http://bioinformatics.psb.ugent.be/webtools/Venn/ but seems they don't have a publication record for it that will be cited. That is why I directly ask here, maybe I can get as many sites as possible that have been in publication record so that we can cite the paper when we used it.

What type of data input that I can use to produced venn diagram in jvenn? I have file output from PROKKA that I want to visualize in venn diagram.
