Stratification analysis using sex, ethnicity and other variables

Hi all, I have performed DE analysis of 22 samples between two clinical condition. Now I have the clinical details for all 22 samples like age, gender , ethnicity etc and I have to perform a stratification analysis. It might sound very basic but I do not have much idea about this kind of analysis. Can anyone suggest a strategy and tools to perform that. Thanks.
