The TRON cell line portal contains more cell lines than CCLE, as it is built by merging CCLE with additional cell lines from Klijn et al.
It turns out it is down for maintenance, and it should be back eventually (no date as of June 2019).
Hi everyone, Since few weeks, it seems that the TRON Expression Atlas (http://celllines.tron-mainz.de/) has been taken offline.
Does anyone know what happened to it?
The website of the TRON institute (http://tron-mainz.de/tron-facilities/bioinformatics/) still lists the website as "alive" and there is no mention of relocation to a different domain or termination of the service. The e-mail of the corresponding author is offline, as he is probably not working there anymore.
Any info about it would really be appreciated.
Best,
It looks like it has. Their data can be accessed through: https://portals.broadinstitute.org/ccle

The TRON viral and HLA data can now be found on their GitHub page: https://github.com/TRON-Bioinformatics/TCLP
