Imputation server downloading rate too low "https://imputation.sanger.ac.uk/"

Hi, I meet some problem about downloading the results of sanger-im mutation. The rate of downloading is too slow(e.g. 5kb/s) in default Globus App. Would any experts give me advice how to speed up the downloading of compressed VCF file from imputation server ? Thanks very much.
