I'm looking for platforms, both commercial and open source, that deal with tracking QC data over time, over many samples, and looking for trends, alerting the user to poor/failing samples.

Currently the tools I have identified that do this (to some extent) are:

I want to do a fair assessment of all my options in the field, so are there any other main competitors that I'm missing? Since it's such a niche area it's very difficult to google search these kinds of tools.
