Let me to introduce MiStImm, an agent-based simulation tool to study the self-nonself discrimination of the adaptive immune response. We have developed this tool for many years and finally it is published in "Theoretical Biology and Medical Modelling". We hope that it will be useful to other researchers who want to implement or compare to other immune models.
