I'm an organizer of a workshop for members of bioinformatics core facilities at ISMB/ECCB 2019 (Basel) and we are looking for a few more good lightning talks to round out our program.

We'd love to get more talks on single-cell RNA-seq or nanopore if you have experience with that (other proposed topics). Speakers will receive a discounted registration fee to the conference. Come help us share best practices and improve bioinformatics core facilities world-wide!
