Hi Biostars, I validated my sbml neytwork then upload in Cytoscape aiming to export simple interaction network format. Cytoscape is successfully read my file and visulize it but exporting to sif format is not working the appeared error is that network contains null or empty node name all nodes are already exists with their names and annotation
