patients hg19 VEP Fasta and CACHE GRCh37

Dear all, sorry in advance if it sounds silly but I want to be sure.

I am new to VEP, I have patients VCF files annotated with hg19 reference, shall I use VEP GRCh37 cache (homo_sapiens_vep_96_GRCh37.tar.gz) and fasta (Homo_sapiens.GRCh37.dna.toplevel.fa.gz), this is not an internal VEP "old version" that does not matter with my patients align right?

Thanks in advance for any suggestion!
