I am trying to use hisat2_extract_splice_sites.py to make a list of splice sites with genome annotation file yeast.gtf. The output shows " Error: could not open hisat2_extract_splice_sites.py " and "Error: Encountered internal HISAT2 exception (#1)". Why can't I open the hisat2_extract_splice_sites.py?
